» Do I Need a Claim Number?
If filing a claim with your insurance company we will need a claim number to better assist you. However, if you have decided not to go with Insurance we can help you as well.
» Can Ray’s match our vehicle’s paint color?
Our experts in our Paint Department have all the tools to match your vehicle paint color with the right color that is on your vehicle.
» How long does my vehicle have to stay at Ray’s?
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we can not provide an accurate completion date but only an estimated completion date.
» How do I get home/to work when dropping my vehicle off to be repaired?
If you have arranged for a rental vehicle with Enterprise located in our office, your rental will be waiting on you. If you have arranged a vehicle rental with Hertz. They will pick you up from Ray’s and take you to get your rental.
- Don’t have Rental Coverage? Ask our staff about a loaner vehicle.
- Have an extra car to drive but need a ride home? Call our staf and we can arrange a ride home for you.
» Will I be kept informed of the status of my repair?
We provide emails and/or text message alerts that keep you informed of each progression or step that is completed. When your repairs are fully complete, our staff will contact you by phone to let you know it’s ready to be picked up.
» Does Ray’s Collision warranty the repairs on my vehicle?
Yes! Ray’s Collision Center carries Limited Lifetime Warranties on all of our workmanship.
» Do I have to pay a deductible?
The amount of your deductible is determined by your insurance company. You can contact your insurance company to find out that information.
» Who do I pay the deductible to?
It is your responsibility to pay Ray’s Collision Center when you pick up your vehicle.
» How can I pay?
We accept cash, credit/debit, money orders, cashiers checks. Please NO personal checks.
» Who pays for any supplement?
If in the event of supplemental damage, we file a supplemental claim with your insurance company.
